Years past this part would be full of people writting about how excited they were to go to a certain camp and beging new relationships and work on neighbors home. This year, I am so far the only one who has written anything, where are you all.

Why workcamps? What makes it worth the time, money and effort to come and sweat, sleep on floors and step into impoverished situations that affect the rest of your life? Reach exists because of you. That is and has been our purpose from the beginning. Workcamps over for this year....

Well, here it is, Saturday, July 28th. RWC's are over for 2007.
That kinda leaves room on my prayer sheet to fit something else in, for now. Hmmm...maybe we'll start praying for 2008 workcamps! It's been a month tonight since I nailed my commitment to the Cross at Gulfport, and it's 364 days until our next workcamp. Looks like Folcroft Union Church is coming to Monroe, North Carolina next year! Can't wait!
